I was sure it was some punk/new wave classic from 1977 which I'd just never happened to have heard (until the end bit anyway). It's a fucking deadly track. Turns out they were from Sheffield and formed in like 2001 or something.

It's a bit Peter Gabriel isn't it? I must admit it infected my internal radio as well, but after a few days of non-exposure it's become just a song I used to know.

I heard more Sting than Gabriel and I HATE Sting. I'll go with Gabriel now because that makes me feel better. It's still in my internal radio but I'm glad I'm not the only one.
