5-6 tracks. Maybe that's why I like it. Bring back the mini-album!

A 21 year old work colleague with impeccable taste, loves the Beady Eye. It certainly sounds like the best thing a Gallagher has done in about 15 years.

I can see why you would say that jonah ; there's nothing particularly new or exciting about Submarine, but there is something really nice about it. Worked well in the film alright...

I quite enjoyed Submarine actually (one of my friends said the boy reminded her of me, which I found very disturbing though), I just meant that the music worked well in the film, but listening to the album through without that doesn't do much for me other than a passing "that's nice". I agree with you though that it being a mini-album helps this.
