today they were saying how the selling of counterfeit kate spade/louis vitton/gucci/whatever bags on the streets of new york is supporting al qaeda.

also, on bastille day, fox news was being openly anti-french and ridiculously american by saying that the french should be thanking us for liberating them on d-day and that their real independence day should be d-day, when so many of those brave american soldiers that landed on the beaches lost their lives to save them.

i wonder about the mentality of their researchers. Some congress man was goin on about how the other nations who spoke out against the war were "jealous" that america got in there first. Another Republican Congressman was talking about how americans should'nt question the troops and their role in Iraq and just support them regardless. They also think Vietnam was a triumph.

In other news The french navy played a big part in securing American independence when it was just an overtaxed colony full of racists.
