getting my wage cheque today and am seriously considering buying the biggest tent I can afford, a mountain of vegetable seeds and part shares in a cow. Camp somewhere in the arse-end of Leitrim near a well, live on homegrown produce and maybe just maybe survive the economic bombshell that is coming... that's just the money matter. The human side hasn't even begun to hit home yet and my beloved NY looks like fucking Beirut. Somebody hit Kabul last night - the Americans are denying responsibility. It's only just begun...

that was posted last wednesday

on tuesday night the afghan northern alliance attacked some fuel dumps and an airstrip in kabul - like they do quite often

except this time, because of the day that was in it, it made it onto CNN
