In solidarity I grabbed a giant chocolate and hazelnut delifrance pastry at lunch, after having a christmas dinner style turkey dinner.

I have since discovered that eating brussel sprouts followed by choc 'n' nut pastries creates some kind of overactive wind farm in my gut, and am sitting in a training course trying desperately not to either fart really loudly, or as is always a danger with sneaking a fart - follow through.

As it is I'm noticing people sniffing and looking around a lot, so I'm trying to do the same thing (catching peoples eyes as I do it) thereby eliminating myself from the list of possible farters and establishing myself as a fartee.

It's like walking a knife edge.. I'll keep y'all updated of course..
