t-shirts n printing n stuff (1 Viewer)

Can anyone give me a bit of advice on t-shirt printing etc. My other half is kinda setting up a little cottage industry and is interested in making t-shirts but doesn't want to go down the cafe press route so can anyone advise me on the cheapest places to get t shirts printed in dublin or good places for buying t shirts in bulk which can then be printed upon.

any help greatly recieved and actual love will be sent.
