Super Extra Bonus Party win the Choice prize. (1 Viewer)

well done indeed. In fairness several of those nominees would have been worthy winners, which I suppose makes the achievement all the better.

I like the album a lot, though still skip past the tracks with the brasilian bloke on them (I find them kind of grating). The other stuff I think is amazing.

I'd like to dedicate this post to MDR, without whom it just would not have been possible.

Yeah well done, i think its mostly down to Niall, without him plugging them constantly they would never have made it this far because....well they arent very good (imho)

Thats really cool.
Since the Choice award is supposed to be about awarding interesting albums that might not have had huge exposure, they were the perfect fit.

someone needs to do a photoshop of a grave with "Begrudgery" on the headstone and a range of thumped avatars mourning by its side.

Ro,your album deserved to be in that competition. When we were speaking we were so nervous that it may have come across as just blurting out anything but that CD has been on repeat since I got it for me at least and I know I'm not the only one who loves it in our band.
That's all I came on for really. All hail MDR!

That's a nice thing to say. Are you one of the lads in the GAA jerseys?

I'm really proud that someone Irish has won this award, we're all a big team after all.

Seriously though, yeh well done - the coolest album ever recorded in Terenure?

Nice one. I'm glad they won. Really thought it was going to be Cathy Davey.
