unless your ass is particularly dry, there is plenty of moisture up there to melt a pill, even if it is not crushed up.

as for how far up, the knuckle, no less. otherwise you may experience 'burning sphincter'... i've done it several times and *never* had burning.

the biggest problem i have with plugging is that 'take a shit' phenomenon of coming up on a serotoneginic drug. after that initial flood of serotonin all muscles want to relax, including the ass.
