Anyone know any places around Dublin where you can play squash? Looking for somewhere you can just turn up and play, i.e. that doesn't require signing up for annual membership.

UCD maybe, my bro used to plat out there a while back and he wasnt stuying there

DIY Squash is the way to go. Wall, rolled-up socks, two small spades and a hardcore attitude is all you need.

Improv Squash is a whole other ball-game though.

I don't know if it's closed down but there's a Squash Place on the Howth Road - beyond Killester when you're coming out of town. At the back of Mount Temple. Pass it every day and have never looked to see if it's in use or not.
