How does one get this program playing in Ireland, free or premium or is it possible at all?

No worries... if you're in the UK, then you can create an account for your sister, give her the login details, etc., so she can download here... then when it runs out (it allows you to use it anywhere for like two weeks in, "vacation mode" then it stops working) simply re-log in, as your sis, from the UK, and it'll work for her for two more weeks.

Repeat as necessary.
