Sound trouble (1 Viewer)

Having a weird problem at the moment.
Im running OSX on a macbook pro and cant get the sound to work on webpages.The speakers are fine because i can play everything in my i tunes perfectly,can still d/l songs and listen to em but if i go to something like youtube or myspace it just wont play the sound on the page.
Very confused,any suggestions appreciated.

yeah..sounded like that might be the problem. Dident make a difference though.

ah sorted it out...read on some forum that opening and closing garageband fixes it.had no faith in that whatsoever,but turned out to do the trick.
