I have been asked to post this by Skinny's wife Michelle
This has to be the hardest time in my life and I want to thank everyone publicly for the amount of support and love all my friends and family have shown myself and my children in this sad time . Skinny loved his music and last Saturday his friends did him proud and the turn out was amazing for which I want to thank everyone for . The hardest part for me was to see just how much loved he was by his friends and I could feel their pain ,he was a good man and he will be missed not just by his family but by the family he made with his friends and his band . Over the 20 yrs we were together I always shared him with 'the lads' but for me listening to Coitus for the last time was very emotional ,I took in every note and every vibration going through the floor ,it took me back to when I first saw him play and the best buzz Skinny had was when he was playing, I could really see him in his element . Thanks to Alien,Mik and Marvin for giving me that feeling one last time .Nothing will fill the hole that has been left in our lives but knowing how much everyone thought of him is helping us get through it .Nash,Ian and the lads did a fantastic send off for their mate.x
The bands were rocking ,the turn out was great , his friends and family muched loved by me - Michelle.........Up the punx Skin !
