Hi,

Theres a single room to let in my apartment in Raheny from March 12th. Its small enough, but furnished and cosy.

The apartment itself is very nice, with a clean and comfortable living room and kitchen just off it with all the usual stuff - microwave/washer dryer, sky tv box etc. Its in a very quiet former industrial space and there is ample gated parking outside. Also you're within 2 minutes of the Dart station, theres a bus stop just outside the door and Raheny village has plenty of shops etc.

The rent is 400 per month plus an extra 15 for bin charges, skybox etc. The landlady accepts rent allowance.

Just an update, landlady has dropped the rent for the room to 300 per month...

i'd defo go for that, if i needed to live 500 km west. i'm paying 260 great british squodgers a month to live in the boil on the swollen arse of england.
