Room coming up in a gaff over in the East Wall, just about a swift ten minute jaunt from Connolly along the DART tracks. Feck all facilities in the area, but the rent is sweet - land lord keeps out of sight. Never really tested it with parties, but neighbours seem sound. Best thing is that Clontarf is five minutes up the road and East Wall is moments outside of town making up for the crap shops and Centra rip offs in the immediate. We're one Phd student, and two doleys. Wi Fi network's grand too. PM us. Its free in two weeks.

There's two rooms coming up in this house in the immediate. NTL broadband,I'm moving out you'll be living with people involved around the Seomra Spraoi axis and doing a PHD. Its well close to Clontarf, so nice walks to Bull Island - shops in ten minute walk, town in fifteen or so. Tidy gaff, never much complaints from neighbours for those times there was nice. Rent is now 350 and there's a chance the landlord will reduce this, we've put the rent drop to her and she seems alright with it.
