Sat Feb 6th - Retro Revival Club presents
LEN PRICE 3 (UK) w/ MOUTPIECE & THE PACIFICS
DJs: PJ (Dirty Water Club London) Recession Club DJs & Laura Lovejoy (The Pulpit)
Upstairs in LE CIRK DAME ST. DUBLIN
Doors: 9.00pm till 2.30am. ADM: €4
Wicked Cool Chairman, Stevie Van Zandt calls Pictures "the band’s best album yet, and that’s saying a lot. The title track demonstrates why people compare the band favourably to the early Who." “Packed with perfectly vintage dynamite that pays outright homage to the primal Kinks and the R&B whiplash of Dr. Feelgood but with a contemporary, fighting trim to rival the Arctic Monkeys. Rock & roll doesn’t need saving; the cure’s right here.” David Fricke, Rolling Stone

On disc and at live shows The Len Price 3 offer a truly memorable and invigorating sonic experience. Their first album, Chinese Burn, originally released by Laughing Outlaw and re-released on Little Steven's Wicked Cool label, offers something for everyone from the Devils of Chatham Town to childhood memories of fat wrestlers on Saturday afternoon TV. Their second album, Rentacrowd was released in the USA to rave reviews from the likes of Rolling Stone's David Fricke and MTV's Kurt Loder.
Review: Unfettered garage rock from the Medway Delta, The Len Price 3's debut is a promising mix of Stooges rawness and Ramones-y pop suss, particularly on the sleazefest of 'Amsterdam'. NME
Moutpiece: A fiery collective of absurdity and madness, rolled into a rock’n’roll machine of power. Moutpiece formed as a three piece around the dawn of the new millennium in order to right many of the then current wrongs on the Dublin rock scene. Namely a lack of high octane punk rock and roll.

The Pacifics: A hybrid of Garage Rock combo’s The Mighty Atomics & The Bloody Shanks this new combo play classic rock’n’roll of the 6Ts British Beat variety via The Beatles Hamburg recordings.
