Decent single room to rent in quality house in the phibsboro area to share with 3 other
semi professional late 20 to 30 year old lads and lady. The house is one of the redbricks
common in the area that looks tiny on outside but inside consists of 3 levels with great
seperation between rooms, really nicely done big sitting room, upstairs bathroom with bath,
downstairs bathroom with (small but power)shower, amazing bright kitchen with 5 ring gas cooker,
dishwasher, loads of counter space etc. Great sunny garden with
decking, BBQ, herbs, flowers and veg on the go(one of the tenants is a gardener).
Washer & dryer, wireless broadband, parking. Really cosy in winter with double glazing throughout
and gas central heating. Within stones throw of off license/gym, tesco, eddie rockets'
milkshakes and all the other bits you need. Pubs in the area are a bit 'meh' but very well connected to
city with loads of bus routes. Cycle/stroll into town in only 10/25 minutes. Agent is decent and we keep the
place clean without a fuss. All in all great house, great location and the living is good.
Rather no french speakers, nothing against the language just one tenant trying to improve english.
€575 a month, €550 deposit
