We have a room to let in a nice 3 bedroom house in lorne Street, just off the Lisburn Rd. You'd be sharing with two other young professionals (1 male 25, 1 female 26) and one well-behaved cat.
The room is a good size [9' 9" × 9' 0" (2.97m × 2.74m)] with a single bed, wardrobe and plenty of space to spare. There's a wireless internet connection as well as all the usual mod cons (microwave, washing machine, electric shower etc.) Large Living room with wooden flooring, TV, freeview box and DVD player, as well as gardens to the front and rear. Oil fired central heating and full double glazing.
It's a quiet street within close proximity to all the major social and recreational amenities of the Lisburn Road and conveniently placed to Queens University and motorway networks with Tesco, lots of coffee shops and buss stop just around the corner and is within 15~20min walking distance of city centre.
We're two very friendly people, into movies, music and the like, sociable yet respectful of each others space. Room is ready to be moved into now and is available till the end of August.
