hi there,
i'll be moving out of my room in a cosy wee flat/cottage in XharoldsX cross on sept 1st and i'm looking for someone to take my place. it's a good size double room and the rent is €430 p/m. you'd be sharing with one girl who has just finished college and still trying to find her place in the universe! the 16/16a/49 buses all go from outside the door but it's not that far of a walk to town...ten minutes walk from rathgar, rathmines, terenure (five mins to an awesome bakery!) aswell as the canal, all have which can provide you with whatever is needed and there's a shop/post office a 30 second walk away....hmm, not sure what else to say! if you're interested in having a look your best bet is probably to text me on 086 3098980 and i'll probably get back to you fairly soon.
