I just received a letter from the Health Board today - it was a red 'rent supplement review' forum which the landlord and myself have to fill out..Bsically seeing if my rent has changed etc

There was also a letter saying there will be a home visit and they'll collect the forum then..

Is this routine thing and if so how often do they do it......
