Dunno. But .... have you heard that Prince Jammy track with (I think?) Wayne Smith singing which is a cover of Barbara Streisand's "Time Is A Moment in Space etc......"? It's got a very similar sound to your one. Anyway it's totally great ... one of my favourite reggae tracks ever. On a Prince Jammy Blood And Fire compilation. None of this is any use to you ... but, you know, people don't talk about Jamaican music enough around here.
