FYI - you crazy punkateers-it's called the Wellington monument-gawd knows where you'd end up in the phoeno if you asked for directions to the 'pointy sticky up yoke' . The brass reliefs are apparently made from melted down Napoleonic cannons from th battle of Waterloo.
