Radio Birdman are one of the greatest bands of all time. Heavily influenced by the Stooges,MC5 early Alice Cooper and early Blue Oyster Cult along with the usual 60's garage and early 70's heavy rock,although not a rip off of any. Anyone who says so is clearly wrong. The new album is not the place to start though.

what do ya think of this? just heard it the once and didnt do a whole pile for me. one really good song on it - hadnt the track listing beside me when i was listening so couldnt tell you which one! probably gonna give it away to a friend of mine whos a huge lizzy fan whos having a tough time trying to get a copy of hot press down the country. its hardly gonna be worth anything in years to come is it?

Only played it once myself. and no,it's not the most amazing Lizzy stuff I ever heard,but still a keeper. The mag claims there wil be no reissue of the songs so it could become sought after,especially outside of ireland,but cd's are never really as valuable as vinyl. I imagine someone will bootleg it.
