bit pricey ain't it...

Believe me i ain't in it for the money. I'll be lucky to break even on the night & any extra money made goes straight back into the club to book future acts. 4 bands & a DJ, entertainment from 8.30pm till whatever time the bar closes at which i think is 2.30am it ain't bad. When you consider 14 euro will only buy ya 2 packets of cigerettes or 2.5 pints i don't think it's to bad of a price.

Look at what the mainstream promoters charge for a show, 20 to 100 euros for some acts...... I've never paid anything more then 15 euros for a gig whatever the act was & i don't expect anyone else too so that's why i hope you don't think i'm overcharging.

As it is the gig features a band from the UK so i'll have to pay their travel costs, accommadation, their fee & so on. It all adds up.

Dave, johner, new drummer Tom from Cork & not to sure who the other guy is. This will probably be the only gig they'll doing for the next couple of months, well until the summer at the earliest.
