All tv is going this way, innit. Bloody frustrating.Finished this last night.
Some enjoyable elements, but a bit of a slog overall.
And the whole thing felt like a fucking set up for season two anyway.Kinda felt bad for the top Nazi when his Hitler Youth son got sick.
Like chewing and not being allowed swallow.
You get that thought "I could be watching 3 Kurosawa films, instead of 6 episodes of this"All tv is going this way, innit. Bloody frustrating.
"I've invested ten hours of my life and you're leaving me like this? LIKE THIS?"You get that thought "I could be watching 3 Kurosawa films, instead of 6 episodes of this"
There was this flicker. Right as the phone rings in the cabin, a light flashes across Rupert Evans' face. And I think that is like a moment where Hitler either dies or doesn't die. So history diverges or something. Who knows?Still, I enjoyed it, mostly. Decent, creepy vibe. But by the time season 2 rocks up, I may not give a shit.
Read a book???? Did we lose a war? There was this flicker. Right as the phone rings in the cabin, a light flashes across Rupert Evans' face. And I think that is like a moment where Hitler either dies or doesn't die. So history diverges or something. Who knows?
Maybe I should just read the damn book. Heh.
That would be a real alternate universe.Read a book????
Ah, here. Book spoilers?I thought it was pretty good. It's substantially different from the book. No hitler action for starters.
That's not a spoiler.Ah, here. Book spoilers?
Right after I pretended I would read it?
