Downstairs in Thomas Reads on Dame Street has tremendous music every Friday and Saturday night. Late bar and it's free in too. Pints are a bit crap there though.

barry is a corrupted publican-lap dance club operator who has been in court numerous times over the past year for hiring eastern european women with no visas and very low moral standards. it's a hotel up near parnell square.

Seriouslly buh, going back half a century and more Barry's Hotel is the traditional place for culchies to go for a pint before/after trips to Croke Park.

It's second only to Hayes's Hotel, Thurles, in GAA folklore.
