If my technological ignorance is excessive, then plesae ignore it. Is there such thing as a programme for extracting text from PDFs that are like photocopies of actual books and journals. Like Jstor docunments. Is there a way to extract the text. All I seem to be able to do is draw a box and extract a fragment of the image. Is there a program that, I dunno, like picks out the text in a I can put this into Word now way?
