No, most def not...he is just not a good manager.

well...for a start he has actually *managed* a team which is always encouraging...and he was assistant england manager for a couple of years.

also, as a manager (there's that word again) he has also won a league, got promoted, got to cup finals, got relegated etc.

he has experience...FAI take note.
