No new Pixies Album...thank god (1 Viewer)

I saw them at Primavera a few years back and I have to say the new stuff they were playing then fit right in with the old stuff, I think people have been way harsh on them.

And no I didn't buy the album but only because I haven't really listened to the Pixies since about 2001.

and I say all this as someone who prefers Kim Deal's music to that by everyone else in the band.

if you think their earlier stuff is shite then yeah it fits in fine

haha, ah now.

Tell you what though, Frank Black was phoning it in to the next level but the rest of the band were giving it socks. It's a weird show when the frontman is the least memorable thing on stage.
