Quirky, energetic indie-pop sextet from Delaware, with a knockout live show. Turning lots of heads with their own brand of heat-rock. Current release is "Nice and Nicely Done" on Bar/None Records. Entertainment Weekly calls it "an unexpected slacker-pop gem ...with espresso-strength hooks and an eclectic approach to arranging."

Since then they have been signed to B-Unique - the new label that brought us the Kaiser Chiefs - and supported Hard Fi, The Kooks and Ordinary Boys on tour. MON 17th April
THE HOWLING BELLS
Special Guest: tbc
Doors: 9pm Tickets: €7
They've been described as "PJ Harvey hitching a ride with the Velvet Underground through Twin Peaks" - and we'd like to agree wholeheartedly with that assessment of this Australian four-piece. A band with a knack for emotive, dark and melancholic music, they are a genuine tip for 2006
