so you's know loads about macs then?? right; i was considering buying a mini-mac in the next few months, but i imagine if there's new imac's then we should expect new mini's?? or are they gonna keep chugging them out for a while yet???

they have announced an update to the mac mini. It's a powerful machine for its price now but it looks like this is going to be the last update for it.

well, you might be informative, but its not going to make me any quicker off the mark. do you mean the current mini mac is the updated one you speak of, or that there is and updated one emerging shortly. i looked at the mac site lastnight and it didnt help.

Found out that the reason my computer was going to take 6 weeks to get here was because I ordered the wireless keyboard.

Changed the order and now it'll be here in two weeks.

Well it (my new 24" imac) is here and it is truly a thing of beauty. The screen is just ridiculously big.

trying to decide whether to get the 20" or 24". Not really sure if i need a screen that big.....plus its 300 squid for only a screen size upgrade...hhhmmmmm

If you have the cash, spend it. You won' t be sorry. The screen is fantastic for working on. So much room to work with.
If you're in town, go to the Apple reseller near the Molly Malone statue and check out the 24" screen. That should make up your mind for you.
