Nero problem (2 Viewers)

A couple of video files that I've tried to burn to DVD using Nero7 have failed during the transcoding stage.
Any ideas? The error log gives no information.

BTW - the files are avi's and other files have worked.

maybe Nero cant handle the codec used for the avi file
is it divx or xvid ?

try opeing it with gspot codec app it will tell you what codec the file uses:

Nah - it's transcoding no problem.
It's failing when it gets near the end of the process.

are you buring it at full speed ?
seams unlikly but if you reduce the speed it might burn better.
unsed be a serious problem with cd burners years ago.

It fails before it even begins to burn.
