Showers I must say I'm impresed with yer geek knowledge.I didnt know you could use the opitcal input on a sound card to do multi tracking.

I am very happy to learn this.because my card has one.

i can lob it on mine, was due to go out monday but customer service are slow to reply on a small thing. if you want something PM the item number.

The documentation that came with the 'ringer thing is cagey about this. But I'd say it's worth a try.

yeah think you can do stereo in and out simultaneously at 44 or 48kHz. afaik.
