Maybe you've all seen this site before but I just stumbled upon it today.

The idea is that you create a 12 song virtual mixtape which can be accessed by anyone on the interweb. It takes about 3 seconds to sign up and seems idiot proof.

I went to make an actual mix tape the other day only to realise that I have loadsa tapes but tape deck, so I might just have to make the virtual kind, what a sad day it is.

Muxtape covering their asses. As far as uploading copyrighted songs go, it's going to happen so muxtape puts the emphasis on the uploader's actions.

The fact that you can't download the songs means the record industry don't give a shit.
