My name is Ed Devane and I produce rough-edged electronic music (Touchin' Bass and various others, listen here...www.eddevane.com).
I'm going to be going back to college in Ballyfermot in September and have to find somwhere preferably in the Portobelo/ Rathmines/ Harold's Cross area (near the 18 bus route). I specifically need a room in a flat/house where I can write music in relative peace- I don't make that much noise but for some it may be annoying...so I need somewhere with walls that aren't really thin so neighbours don't get pissed off and start banging brush handles off them.
I know it's a while away yet but I also know I don't want to leave getting a flat in Dublin til then...I'd be looking for somewhere start of summer really.
So if anyone out there also produces/ makes music, and is looking for something similar or knows of somewhere suitable, please let me know!
BTW I'm 25 and fairly quiet appart from the music I make and listen to!
