So there was a ham & cheese wrap in the work fridge from a meeting yesterday.

None too appetising. But as I was going home for lunch, I snagged it anyway.

Whipped out the tomato and lettuce, quick fried up some red pepper and onion, threw them in and seared the new wrap on the pan.

Goddamn, if this wasn't gorgeous.

Eating cold cheese almost feels healthy, eating melted cheese feels nothing less than decadent. Coagulative dissonance?

Anyway, it was a good lunch.

There's also a turkey wrap in there. I am thinking dinner.....
