Minor pleasures

I must admit that the level of damage sustained by your items in transit is directly linked to the type of packaging and this is completely unacceptable.
It is pretty obvious that our packaging is not fit for purpose and we wholeheartedly apologise for the inconvenience caused.

When you brought the issue to our attention, we immediately passed it on to our warehouse team to request a review of the packaging. I understand that this is an ongoing process
and we will definitely change our approach to packaging. Unfortunately, these changes are slow to implement. However, we are hopeful that the entire packaging approach will be overhauled. Until these changes are put in place
we do not believe that sending you replacements would be the best option.

We have consequently provided you with a full refund for the damaged item you received.
