When we were in primary school, we got taken to the zoo.
At the Orangutan enclosure we watched as a big old one took a huge shit. It then inspected the shit and decided that eating it all was a very good idea.
After a few, long fascinating seconds it puked up the shit. Then it ate the puke/shit mixture, at which point our teacher moved us along.
I have a feeling it was not the end of the excretion/emetic story though.
