i take your point on the mash. only in the last 5 or so years have i got into it. i put my hatred of it down to the outrageous amount of milk and pepper my dad would put into it when i was young. it used to resemble a sort of PVC gluey starchy slop.

Yeah! So great, here's the recipe:

1. Mash three tablespoons of peanut butter and one banana.

2. Spread mixture on two slices of toast and place in pan with melted butter.

3. Brown on both sides.

4. Repeat until...
