woo-hoo! on the guest list for Friday's Toronto show! howzat grab ya?

are they scheduled to play over there at all any time soon..? must away to the official site to check tour dates...

edit - apparently they played uk and vicinity in may-ish of this year...

just on the off chance that anyone actually cares, went to the show, showed up 1/2 hour late due to band practice, but caught half a dozen songs (including Farewell Transmission, which made the hairs on my arms stand)...and at the end of it all i got Jason Molina to autograph my passport. then i watched as he and his band tucked into several shots of bourbon.

I'd surely like to see Molina play again. That big ol' voice sounds at it's best in the liveness.

Man, I saw him a couple of weeks ago here in londres and he was fucking magnificent, played for an hour and a half, starting each next song before the applause for the last'un had stopped with just a "thank you kindly" between each, and had the Luminaire mesmerised.
I've just right this second heard Magnolia Electric Co's cover of Werewolves of London. Kickass .|..|
