Rent is 467 per month, the room itself is huge and nicely finished. Theres a garden(perfect coming into the summer..!!). The place is a minute(by foot) to the nearest tesco and dunes. You will be charing with two working guys. Great atmosphere and also a 50" flatscreen tv came with the house...
Centrally heated and two fantastic power showers.... need I go on...
