Yep, been using it since Wednesday. Not hugely different from Snow Leopard. I immediately flipped the inverted scrolling to the old way. If you're rocking a touchpad the new gestures are neat, take a bit of memorizing though. The launchpad iPad lookalike app icon list is quite nice although I haven't used it (I'm a quiksilver task launcher fan). The new scroll-bar chrome is nice (well, the scroll bars should be invisible until activated but this is only present in native Apple apps so far, developers have to catch up on making them dissappear). The full screen app capability is nice too (again, 3rd party apps are gonna have to update to take advantage of this again). Can't say I notice much in way of performance, I don't notice any boost, system seems to run like Snow Leopard.
 
Running it on a current gen MacBook Pro but the Core Duo chipset is not supported, this means only Core 2 Duo's and the i3/i5/i7's get to upgrade.
