Was just about them/ATP last week. About 3 years ago they seemed to be playing about 4 sets at every one of these but haven't been back there in a while.

The guy who booked my chalet is thinking he may have exams that week and wants to change the name on the ticket to my name. Has anyone ever been in that situation before? Are they strict on having the credit card owner there to collect the ticket?

I think you can change the name of the designated ticket holder up until a certain point before the festival, they usually announce the deadline for that. I'm sure it would be in the FAQs

Went to the Explosions one last year and there was no hassle getting tickets even though the person who had booked them wasn't there. I think she contacted them in advance to let them know the name change.

hmm. The account holder wasn't with me but I had a copy of their card statement and my booking reference and stuff and it was ok. I think you'd need something with you linking you with the card used.
