Saw this film about two months back and just watched it again there as it's leaked online. It's absolutely amazing. Anyone remotely interested in horror films should watch this, it's one of the best released in the last few years. It's not direct full on horror at all, more like My Girl with vampires (in the best possible sense) but still is superb. And the twist is one hell of headfuck.

Need to get the book myself after the film, supposedly explains and goes into a lot of detail about different things. Highly unlikely the film will be released here, unless it just the usual Ifi job. Martyrs is 80% on RottenTomatoes, Let The Right One in is 95%! Sadly LTROI is already being remade for the US... They'll never be able to show what they do in the original..

Fuck Rotten Tomatoes. I've seen enough shitty big studio Horror films in my time to know that this is probably the nastiest one of this decade. It stays with you for days afterwards.

Horrorthon. apparently it's been picked up by a bigger studio (I can't remember which one) and goes on general release in January. General release in ireland obviously being a lot less different to "general release" in the rest of the world.I'd say the likes of Cineworld or the VUE will have it though.

got them downloading now, haven't watched a horror for a while. 420 kb/s for LTROI...which is nice
