Hello there Thumped.

I'm here to announce that my band, Land Lovers, will be releasing a 6-song Very Short Album called "Immovable Feet" on 18th July.
It will be available in the usual Irish record shops but also worldwide via this amazing internet (iTunes, etc.) and equally sturdy mail order (from us on MySpace or from roadrecs.com).

The launch party is that 18th night, upstairs in Whelan's of Dublin with support from Cajole & Bully of Cork. A tour of Ireland will follow (mostly accompanied by outstanding fellow 6-track-record hawkers Groom), and will include shows in Cork, Galway, Belfast, Mullingar, Castlepalooza and probably Limerick. And then Dublin again. All details on MySpace & Facebook, and probably here as we go along.

I've uploaded a couple of the new songs, namely Paul Treacy Probably Knows and Immovable Feet to myspace.com/landlovers

oh I see!
I don't have another link I could send you, I'm in work too - sorry!

..cry...

oh well, I'll have to wait til I get home

but I think I've heard the new songs before you see

though that one about the Maglev was kinda ruined with Jill singing along that time in Transformer. She loves that song.

Ha! I'm coming around to this song. At least I 'get it' now I just need to get over my irrational hatred of the word Maglev.
