The hushed reverential silence for Kimya was something I haven't seen in Dublin in a long loooooonngg time.

Katell usually gets it, but sometimes even she has to fight for it and ask someone to shut up.

It didn't last though - there was a fair bit of glass breaking behind the bar, and some short
lived conversations above whisper level.

Thanks to everyone that came, we really appreciate it and hopefully yisses all had a deadly night.

Oh yes. I missed most of the support acts, but Kimya had me smiling from the start of her set,
and it's going to be a few weeks before I can stop smiling.

That song about being a speck of dust in a giant's eye is wonderful (and it's not on her
new album).

So did everyone hug Kimya and buy at least one CD?
