Lakker (!Kaboogie/Alphabet Set/Acroplane)
Ian McDonnell (also known as Eomac) and Dara Smith are Lakker, one of Irelands longest running electronic duo's. In the past their sound has varied from heavy rave and breakcore, to almost ambient electronica, or dark industrial sludgey dub. They have skillfully honed their sound to the Lakker of today, and things are going well for them. New releases are on the cards, and recently major acts such as Aphex Twin have been dropping Lakker tunes in their sets. (Aphex played not one but three Lakker tunes in Ireland recently!)
