!KABOOGIE are delighted to host the Irish debut of Dutch dancefloor-shaker COCO BRYCE. Also joining us from The Netherlands for a rare Dublin show is Amsterdam-based Irish lad LEWIS JAMES. Just added to the line-up are FLYING BUTTRESSES (Deviant on the bates, Sebi C on the mic). There'll be tomfoolery and smilin', hips will shake and heads will nod... guaranteed.
COCO BRYCE
Hailing from the south of The Netherlands, Coco Bryce is a producer, dj, label-owner (Myor Records) and general musical omnivore. He's known for his eclectic productions and dj sets which take in elements of hip-hop, 8-bit chiptune, breakbeat, skweee, dubstep, rave, and whatever you're havin'. His production output over the years has been fairly prolific, while also banging out regular mixes, playing live, and working on a string of remixes and collaborations with artists like Slugabed, Pixelord, Kelpe and releases on Lowriders Recordings, Fremdtunes, Saturate, Astro

LEWIS JAMES
Formerly known as Uncle Lew, Lewis James is a producer and dj from Dublin who is currently based in Amsterdam. Originally influenced most notably by his love of early experimental hip-hop from the likes of edIT and Prefuse 73 and his experiences in the scratch scene during the 00s. A featuring on a Foreign Beggars mixtape and production credits for the Grandeurs of Delusion debut followed, and more recently his 'Heavy Romance EP' has been getting some serious praise and plays since its release on Raid Systems in August. With some unreal mixes demonstrating both his production and dj skills, such as the Bassmusic website mix (link below) and another forthcoming on Electronic Explorations, we can be sure to expect a quality homecoming set from him at this gig!

FLYING BUTTRESSES
Sebi C and Deviant (& Naive Ted) are Flying Buttresses. Sebi C mostly does the rapping. Deviant mostly does the beats. They've been horsing out weirdo rap in sketchy venues across the country since 2004. This is the Dublin leg of their mini-tour to launch the debut EP 'Orson Welles' which is released on October 8th by Unscene Music and Wingnut Records on CD and digital.
