had loads of blackcurrants from the garden and had never made jam before. Had a scooch online and this Delia Smith recipe from the 70s someone resurrected was dead easy and no messing around with pectin or fancy sugars and is easy to follow. Turned out great and got four jars from 1kg of blackcurrants and 1kg of sugar.
