Mushroom, spinich and chorizo time
but that's me lunch

I'n a fit of cheer myself up last night I took out a nice piece or rib eye to defrost.

I will have that with some brocolli and I'm thinking of some sort of Butter/Dijon/Anchovie/Tarragon/Pepper type dressing.
I wish I could go home now!

well,the cous-cous fell by the wayside,still,cold diced peppers and hot hot rice are amazing.i think tomorrow ill try pepper stuffed with cous-cous.much like this

Cous cous is gross. Y'know all the crumbs and grit and stuff that accumulates on your counter tops? They just collect all that up and bag it and call it cous cous. True fact.

Throw in some finely chopped pepper/onion/corriander and some cumin/paprika splash of lemon or lime
Beautiful supper in 5 minutes or less.
