looked good on the weekend. i haven't sat down and watched alll of match of the day of a saturday night in quite a while, but stephen ireland, andy reid, finnan, lee carsley (!) even zinedine kilbane all looked like they played well. Doyle has 8 goals. wha? given made some great saves. mcgeady looked alright yesterday and that new boy o'dea (o day to the brits) had an alright game. things mightn't be so bad, eh? i mean, a half decent manager could drum them into some kinda team.

shame we haven't got one...

They're saying that we got to him first. We've an under-17 game later this month while they have no games scheduled where they could call him up. Probably just making excuses, mind.
